Seems as the server is in a semi-broken state I will try to start to enforce some temporary rules. Although this hasn't been a huge problem for the server but I can see where it can.
To be fair, I won't enforce these until the beginning of the New Year unless it becomes a problem. So expect a lot of warnings that will lead to the standard warn/slay/kick/ban system.
Default Race: You are restricted from using your ultimate on this race for the first 30 seconds for normal use. In a "oh shit" moment I will allow you may use it prior to the 30 seconds but not within the first 15 seconds of a round. The ultimate on default is very broken; if at all possible I would love it if people did not use it at all. The ultimate takes you to the enemy spawn no matter the time or location on the map. There is no cool down period as many ultimate based races have a short cool-down in the beginning of every round. If the ultimate does not take you to the enemy spawn you are free to use it as you please.

Broken Shopmenu Races: From my knowledge these races are Warden, Devil's Servant, Weapon Master and Blacksmith. These races never lose your shopmenu upon death, Devil's Servant and Warden should lose their items after two deaths in one round. Weapon Master and Blacksmith should lose them on death no matter what.
Note: Long as you are not purposely whoring I will be lenient on this one. I am okay if you are on the losing team abusing this glitch to balance the teams.



Imbalanced/Broken Races: There are a couple races that are and can be problematic. Some races broken in such a way that it they have a stronger appeal aka stronger than they should be. This one depends on my personal opinion of the scope of the problem, so do not expect it to be enforced too much.

Map-Specific Problem Races: Some races are more of an annoyance on certain maps than others. For example, Goblin Shot Slinger on the map Crackhouse is really annoying; I might request no one play that race for that map.

You are hereby warned and my advice is don't be a dick and make it not fun for people.

YoungzWe would also like to thank Jason for all his time that he has put into this clan and community. Jason has informed us that he no longer has the time to put in this community like he did before and therefore will be stepping down as a JCS. However, Jason will still be with us by holding ownership of the clan and making sure the bills are paid and other executive administrative affairs. Jason, thanks for everything you did - I, personally, really enjoyed working with you on staff and have no regrets in the past 3 years working with you. Read his post here.
In addition, we are bringing in a new department in staff dedicated to Events. These Advisors have the same capabilities and permissions to do general clan affairs things like other Advisors but their primary responsibility is to brainstorm, administrate, execute and oversee community events (both major and minor). Within the past three months we've received a lot of community feedback and two main ideas were brought to us, you guys wanted to see more events from staff and you guys wanted to see an effort to populate the servers. Heading into 2013 we hope to meet that expectation you guys have set for us. I'd like to personally congratulate the four staff members that did make it, they were selected after many weeks of discussion between 50 applications, many applicants being equally qualified.
Also in addition, we are renaming the Complaint Department to the Clan Help Desk - the Clan Help Desk will include PMs to Staff, Map Suggestions and Ideas/Comments (the whole forum category above the servers/below the general category).
If you have any further questions or comments feel free to ask me personally or in this thread. We will get back to you.
This was just a mini-digest/update on the state of the clan for 12/12/12, we will make a bigger digest with everything we plan soon within the next week (hopefullyTM).
